These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IntenseNation concerning your access to our Games, Software, and Services.

By accessing our Multiplayer Services or purchasing Virtual Goods, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your IntenseNation ID login credentials.

• You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• You may not sell, rent, or share your account with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms (e.g., cheating, harassment).

Our Games may allow you to purchase virtual currency ("Coins", "Gems") or items ("Skins", "Upgrades") using real-world money.

• Limited License: Virtual Currency and Goods are not property. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use them within the Game.
• No Real World Value: Virtual Currency cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services from us or anyone else.
• Final Sale: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or platform policies (e.g., Steam, Google Play).

Our Games feature Text and Voice Chat. We aim to provide a safe environment for all players. By using these features, you agree NOT to:

• Transmit hate speech, threats, sexually explicit content, or harassment.
• Spam, flood, or disrupt the flow of chat.
• Impersonate IntenseNation staff or other players.
• No Expectation of Privacy: You acknowledge that we may monitor, record, and review public text and voice communications for moderation purposes.

If you upload content (e.g., custom maps, skins, chat messages) to our Services:

You grant IntenseNation a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to host, copy, display, and distribute your UGC within the Service. You represent that you own the rights to any content you upload.

To ensure fair play, strict zero-tolerance policies apply to:

• Using aimbots, wallhacks, scripts, or any third-party software that modifies the Game experience.
• Exploiting bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage (please report them instead).
• Reverse engineering or attempting to derive source code from our software.

The Services are provided "AS-IS". We do not guarantee that the Multiplayer Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of lag. We may update, patch, or modify the game balance at any time without notice.
